Questionnaires

AS Expobank provides financial services to customers and business partners whose activities are clear to the Bank with the aim to prevent the Bank from being involved in money laundering and terrorist financing as far as possible, as well as in order to avoid losses that may result from the loss of confidence of the Bank’s trustworthy customers and business partners. In cooperation with customers and business partners the Bank complies with requirements of international acts and normative documents of the Republic of Latvia that regulate the field of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing. AS Expobank provides financial services to customers after having completed their identification and due diligence procedures.

 

Before incepting business relationship with the Bank all customers should complete the form of Customer Questionnaire that represents an integral part of customer due diligence process and provides necessary data on customers. In the form of Customer Questionnaire the customers indicate the purpose of account opening, the Bank’s services and products that they plan to use, expected business or personal activity, expected account turnovers, partners, beneficial owner, his/her activity and primary origin of funds, as well as other information.
