Bank will help to its costumers in every situation and within limits will solve problems .
Complaint in written you may submit:
1) in the Bank’s office personally at Grēcinieku ielā 22, Rīgā;
2) by registered letter sending to: AS Expobank, Grēcinieku iela 22, Rīga, LV–1050;
3) by e-mail : info@expobank.eu;
4) through Internet-bank system;
5) by fax to number: +371 67043511.
Bank considers submitted complaints operatively and free of charge taking into consideration objectivity, efficiency and justice.
